Paralegal - Immigration The candidate will assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of employment-based immigration applications and petitions. Handle client communications and work with government officials to move cases forward. Perform legal research as needed. Handle complex tasks expertly. Prioritize workload in a deeply time-sensitive field of law and meet strict deadlines. Be highly attentive to detail and have the ability to edit carefully. Provide excellent client service. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 1+ years of legal experience. Experience in immigration is preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Should be flexible and adaptable to dynamic settings; organized; ambitious with strong initiative; have a positive attitude and a professional demeanor; excellent written communication skills.
