Immigration Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys handling removal defense and litigation before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Courts; preparing and filing immigrant visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization and other administrative applications before the Department of Homeland Security. Will support the family and employment-based immigration team in preparation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions (both employment-based and family-based), applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, and labor certification, and may also be occasionally involved with deportation cases. Should have Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of experience at an Immigration Law Firm, strong organizational and excellent writing skills, computer literacy, and an interest in human rights and immigration matters. Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) is required.
