Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for working on all stages of plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from depositions to trials. Will be communicating with clients, opposing counsel and judges. Will be responsible to handle a case load of 30 to 60 cases. Should feel comfortable writing mediation briefs, trial briefs, and motions for trial. Will help fight for individuals who have suffered severe injuries involving surgeries and deaths. Someone who works well on a team who is organized and responsible. Must have 1 year experience in a personal injury litigation (either defense or plaintiff side).
