Paralegal / Real Estate Post Closer The candidate performs a variety of functions: Assures all closing instructions and conditions have been met, including execution and inclusion of all required documents, photo ID of buyers and sellers, and insurance information. Sends a complete closed loan package to lender following all lender instructions and requirements. Transmits all documents to be recorded to clerk for recording within 24-48 hours of disbursement; assures these documents are properly executed, in the proper order, and includes the correct funds necessary to record. Assures all remaining disbursement checks are mailed within 24-48 hours. Assists Closer in the Stop Payment and Reissuing of checks as needed. Assures files have all documentation required by the lender and if not, requests are made to the closer n the file. Receives, responds, and tracks all calls and emails; solves callers question or problem - or refers caller or problem to the correct employee for resolution; returns all calls in a timely manner. Should have 2-4 years experience as a real estate post closer/ Experience with large corporate/ibuyer clients is required. Must have excellent email/writing skills, friendly/professional phone manner, and strong problem solving skills. Knowledge of real estate and legal documents is required. Familiarity with SoftPro preferred./
