Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve as legal team liaison to client representatives, third parties, and outside counsel to effectively manage flow and accuracy of information in employment litigation related matters. Will coordinate response to subpoenas and requests for information in collaboration with team members. Provide support to and communicate with outside counsel regarding administrative charges, litigation matters and discovery requests. Organize, maintain and supervise document collection for various matters. Create, disseminate and manage litigation holds. Prepare, develop and maintain employment related reports through manipulation of human resources related data. Conduct legal research on various labor and employment issues. Research, analyze and summarize legal sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treatises, constitutions, legal codes and law-related information relevant to the employment litigation practice. Routinely review and follow-up on client deadlines and calendar appointments. Consistently and professionally communicate with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and firm personnel. Consistently complete assigned tasks when expected. Able to juggle multiple assignments and/or deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor. Review and follow-up on client deadlines, emails, and calendar appointments. Should have 5+ years of paralegal experience dealing with complex litigation matters. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed. Strong personal computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is needed.
