Immigration Paralegal / Immigration Specialist The candidate will be client intake that includes information and document gathering. Will be preparation of in-depth client affidavits to support their immigration relief applications. Obtaining supporting evidence from multiple sources (e.g. courts, medical providers, government agencies, newspaper articles, prior approved case examples). Assembling immigration application forms and case submissions. Translation of documents to/from Spanish/English. Contacting USCIS, BIA, NVC, and Immigration Court to track client files and information. Should have 1+ year of pqe. Fluency in both English and Spanish (conversing, reading, and writing) is needed. Microsoft Word: Intermediate/Advanced proficiency is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skill is advantageous.
