Litigation Paralegal - Class Action The candidate should preferably have Paralegal certificate or degree. Must have 4+ years of paralegal experience. Complex litigation experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of Federal Court, ECF dockets and filing required. Should be proficient in: MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Pacer and Westlaw; drafting and proofreading pleadings, filings and discovery; calendaring Federal Court deadlines and reminders; and scheduling and coordinating depositions, mediations and hearings. Must have comprehensive understanding of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Should have strong Internet research skills. Must be comfortable interacting with clients, co-counsel, court clerks and judicial assistants.
