Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have 1+ years of proven experience in transactional real estate required, with full ability to handle residential (coop, condo, townhome) real estate transactions from start to finish including independently negotiating contracts, attendance at closings, reviewing of due diligence, preparation of closing statements, review of lien searches and title reports, and acting as counsel in all aspects of the transaction. Possess a commitment to customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Have basic knowledge of Adobe, MS Office, G Suites. Must be a quick learner, highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be a personable self-starter with superb problem-solving ability. The ability to handle a high volume of emails and act with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment is required. Strong communication skills. Must be proactive, and responsive. The ability to prioritize in accordance with changing priorities and deadlines is essential. Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts of sale as well as explaining all aspects of the transaction. Membership in the New York State Bar and Notary Public License.
