Litigation Associate Attorney Candidate will represent plaintiffs in a variety of claims, both individually and in class actions. Will e appear in State and Federal Courts at all levels. We also are retained in a number of Surrogate Court proceedings. Must be a recent graduate or have 1-2 years' experience. Law review level grades are a prerequisite. Some litigation experience is helpful.
