Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff The candidate will join personal injury law practice. Bi-Lingual in Spanish / English desired. Legal drafting skills, records research and scheduling for multiple ongoing matters will be required. Being able to shift priorities and remain flexible under changing demands should not make you uncomfortable. Experience using Excel and MSWord. Being accountable to the lawyers and fellow Litigation paralegals such that all matters are handled in a standard way is necessary. Candidate should have 2 - 5 years of prior experience in a plaintiff shop. Demonstrated past success in the following key competencies will be required of the successful candidate: Research skills, Analytical skills, Critical thinking skills, Planning and organizing. Information monitoring. Strong communication skills. Stress tolerance. Attention to detail and accuracy.
