Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: client contact, document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation and research. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. ABA approved paralegal certificate is required. Must have 5+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience working at a major law firm. Proven litigation skills are needed. Should have significant experience with Summation Pro, Concordance, Relativity or comparable litigation support software. Familiarity with trial presentation software such as Sanction or Trial Director is needed. Should preferably have a solid knowledge of litigation support and case management, experience organizing large caseloads, discovery, trial preparation and experience assisting at trial, and familiarity with the California and Federal rules of civil procedure.
