Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications in addition to L-1 intracompany transfer petitions. Will compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation. Maintain direct contact with multiple attorneys. Independently prepare documents to assist attorneys with matters. Review complex legal documents. Compile and analyze case facts. Determine and calendar deadlines. Communicate with clients and visa beneficiaries. Paralegal certification / degree from accredited college or university is preferred. Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience working in a high volume business immigration practice. Should be proficient in all MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; VisaTrax/Zoom and Document Management System. Must be able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, copier, fax, and scanner.
