Paralegal - Litigation / Insurance Defense The candidate will handle a case from inception to completion. Will assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. Manage and communicate caseload deadlines. Must have 4+ years of current insurance defense experience. Should have understanding of medical terminology with the ability to analyze, summarize and timeline medical records. Experience with document control and e-filing with State and Federal Courts is needed. Should have in-depth knowledge/understanding of legal terminology.
