Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience. Will be drafting pleading complaints and motions. Drafting discovery requests and responses, and non-party requests. Experienced with electronic filing - Peachcourt, Tylerhost, FileandServe, ECF Electronic Case Filing, etc. Drafting consolidated pretrial orders. Requesting, reviewing, and understanding medical records. Preparing exhibits for trial. Negotiating lien reductions. Requesting open records request. Scheduling and coordinating depositions. Maintaining and calculating discovery schedules and monitoring deadlines. Maintaining contact with clients throughout the litigation process. Familiarity with CMS portal and District Court rules a plus.
