Litigation Paralegal (Family Law & Criminal Law) The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree. Should have 2+ years of experience with discovery (preparation, response, review / analysis). Experience with preparing financial disclosures in family law matters are needed. Working knowledge of judicial council forms are required. Excellent legal writing skills and experience with drafting pleadings (RFOs / motions, briefs, declarations, etc.) are needed. Working knowledge of Westlaw, legal research, cite checking is required. Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is needed. Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills are needed. Should have a positive attitude and desire to continue learning.
