Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury) The candidate's responsibilities include: Communication and correspondence with clients; Creating and managing files; Handle high volume workload; Initiating insurance claims for bodily injury, including demand prep; Request, retrieve, and organize medical records, medical bills, police reports, etc.; Maintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases; Handling all aspects of litigation, including docket, discovery, discovery responses, trial prep; Answering phones; Other duties as assigned. Should have ability to work from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Must dress in professional attire on a daily basis. Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills required. Deadline and detail-oriented required. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a good sense of humor required. 5+ years experience in personal injury litigation case management required.
