Business Immigration Staff Attorney The candidate will legally evaluate eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for nonimmigrant and immigrant benefits. Will draft, review and/or revise H-1B, L-1, and TN petitions/applications PERM Labor Certification audit responses and complex RFEs for filing with the USCIS. Effectively manage client relationships and a team of paralegals for high-volume clients. Explain sophisticated immigration concepts and present strategic solutions for clients. Supervise case handlers in preparing petitions/applications, and effectively manage complex projects under tight deadlines. Must possess a J.D. Degree and have an active status in a State Bar Association. Must have 2-3 years of business immigration experience, willing to consider a combination of attorney and paralegal experience.
