Litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate will receive extensive formal and informal practical instruction and training in all skills under the direction of the CEO, Managing Attorney. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of primarily litigation cases with some pre-litigation cases. Client sign-up, coordinating medical treatment, drafting settlement brochures/demand letters. Plan case development with the input of the Managing Attorney; perform legal research, write motions, draft and respond to discovery, draft pleadings, support Managing Attorney at hearings, depositions, mediations, trial, etc., take/conduct depositions, etc. At times be responsible for handling all aspects of a litigation docket as well as trial strategy, trial, judgment, up to and including an appeal for resolution of the case. Expected to individually attend hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, etc. Should be a litigation associate attorney with good character, strong work habits, and the desire to help people.
