Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediation, hearings, and trials. Help resolve client issues as they arise. Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner. Qualifications: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 1-2 years' experience is preferred. Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English. Excellent research and writing skills. Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done". Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism. Great attitude; must work well with support staff and be very organized. Must be able to follow direction well from the managing partners of the firm. Must be confident yet humble, and willing to learn.
