Real Estate Attorney The candidate will have considerable expertise and experience providing advice and counsel to property owners, corporate real estate developers, builders, contractors, project owners and investors, lenders, and borrowers in a wide range of real estate matters, including to complex real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate disputes, real estate finance and development, alternative finance arrangements, construction, land use and zoning, and community redevelopment. Complex corporate governance matters and cross-disciplinary experience preferred. We have a growing multi-disciplinary Business Law Department and aggressive growth plans. Top academics and experience required. Must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the State Bar of California.
