Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Premises Liability Litigation Attorney Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Litigation Attorney to join its quickly growing practice in the beautiful offices of Washington, D.C. The Premises Liability Litigation Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in DC and surrounding areas in Maryland, and/or Virginia. Our law firm is offering a generous and competitive compensation package for the position. This includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and standard commission fees / bonuses, as well as a full benefits package and free parking. Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant. We are looking for an individual with a law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school, who is an active member in good standing with the bar (DC and MD or VA), and has a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, driven by long-term career goals, with excellent client service and communication skills. Additionally, they should have superior writing and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
