Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work as a team member with attorneys from initial responsive pleadings, discovery, trial preparation and trial. Prepare a chronology of facts, medical records and create production logs. Conduct research via social media and online services. Draft deposition and medical bill summaries, memorandums, and scheduling orders for attorney review and signature. Research and make recommendations on expert witnesses. Assist with all aspects of discovery phase including preparing discovery requests and responses, issuing subpoenas, and coordinating depositions. Manage documents through various case management softwares. Prepare documentation and materials for hearings and depositions. Manage multiple priorities. Four year of Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience in litigation supporting a team of attorneys in the products liability and medical malpractice defense practice.
