Title : Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate will organize and synthesize information through the preparation of summaries, chronologies, reports, spreadsheets. Draft and review routine legal documents (e.g., privilege logs, exhibit lists, discovery, disclosures, etc.). Assist attorneys on cases by providing computerized support to help them plan, organize, research, analyze, argue and present their cases in a more cost and time efficient manner. Provide the day-to-day support of data management. Assist attorney in trial preparation and set-up of electronic equipment in the courtroom; provides court assistance, as required. Assist with managing cases / projects on various levels and at various stages of the litigation process. Must have paralegal certificate from ABA school or certification. Should have 3+ years recent experience in Arizona law. Litigation paralegal with construction experience is required. Excellent communication skills for contacting clients, experts, and other outside parties, have knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures and e-filing requirements; drafting, be self-motivated, and a team player is needed. Proficient in Relativity and Trial Director, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, Word 2016, use of Styles, Excel 2016, PowerPoint,use of templates/themes; E-DOCS document management system, Workshare and Adobe DC is must.
