Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Effectively manage a caseload of 50-75 cases. Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and various motions. Continually communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and courts. Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens). Accurately maintain case management data in Needles (case management database). Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. Qualifications: A College Degree or comparable Paralegal Certification and experience. 2+ years of experience required in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm. 5+ years of experience is preferred. Trucking experience is an asset. Proficiency in personal injury law involving motor vehicle collisions. Proficiency in preparing discovery responses. Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software. Needles experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with a focus on grammar and language arts. Professional appearance and behavior. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person, and by email. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities.
