Residential Real Estate Attorney The candidate should be licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Must be able to effectively interact with clients and referral sources ranging from first time home buyers to large institutional investors and lenders. This position requires a candidate to tactfully negotiate real estate contracts, perform and review title exams, review and issue title policies, and conduct a Closing. Finally, must show the ability to generate their own book of business (with guidance from the firm) while assisting the busiest Associates or Partners at the firm until they ve built their own sustainable book of business.
