Defense Litigation Paralegal/Law Clerk The candidate will draft standard pleadings including answers, third party summonses and complaints, combined discovery demands, stipulations, motions to compel discovery/dismiss for failing to comply, and orders. Will processes and follow up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax and other records. Review and summarize medical records. Summarize transcripts. Trial preparation. Communicate with experts. The candidate should have Paralegal certificate OR Juris Doctor Degree. 2+ years of NV litigation paralegal/law clerk experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
