Financial Services Litigation Staff Attorney (Alternative Track Attorney) The candidate Should have J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing with the Massachusetts & Rhode Island Bars. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Knowledge of litigation practice and procedures in New York state and Federal courts is required. Experience defending individual and class action claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and state consumer protection laws preferred. Mortgage servicing litigation experience preferred.
