Employment Attorney Duties: Respond to demand letters. Work on discovery (including ediscovery). Draft motions and briefs. Prepare for witness interviews and/or depositions. Take/defend depositions. Work with expert witnesses. Prepare for arguments, arbitrations, hearings and trial. Candidate must be an active member in good standing of the California State Bar. Must have: Excellent academic credentials JD Degree from top law school. 3+ years of law-firm experience. with 3+ years of labor and employment law experience. Experience in employment law. Superior oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
