Corporate Paralegal The candidate will manage document review and preparation. Will handle Electronic file management. Communication with clients and other involved parties. Should have 3+ years of experience working on corporate and securities transactions, preferably in a Florida law firm; trademark experience. Strong technology skills including advanced knowledge in the MS Office Suite, experience with document management systems and the ability to learn new technology. Very strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask is needed. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information is essential. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is needed.
