Litigation Attorney The candidate will take ownership of a client's case, and be able to handle direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and manage depositions, pretrial hearings, and trial preparation and trials. Research, writing, depositions, courtroom presentation, ability to communicate with clients, and use common technology. Must have significant experience in civil litigation construction, insurance coverage, personal injury, insurance defense, business litigation, and property law. Experience in education law would be a bonus. Extensive experience with a witness and expert depositions is required; experience in the trial is preferred. Must be entrepreneurial, focused on aggressive growth, and are looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running to give clients outstanding representation.
