Employment Law - Associate Attorney The candidate will handle law-and-motion, complaints, depositions and discovery. Must be comfortable with motions for preliminary and final approval of class action settlements, drafting mediation briefs, reviewing personnel files and documents in preparation for mediation and comfortable with intakes and demand letters. Must be comfortable with responding to and propounding discovery and taking and defending depositions. Should have 1-3 years of employment law experience (class action experience is a plus).
