## Litigation Paralegal (FT) Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated full-time personal injury litigation paralegal to join their team in Irvine, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a well-respected firm. ### Responsibilities * Draft pleadings, discovery, medical and discovery summaries, demands and other legal documents. * Draft discovery motions, oppositions, and reply's * Coordinate, assemble and prepare documents for production and proceedings. * Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare case analysis reports and determine causes of action. * Communicate with clients, when necessary. * Work in a team-based structure. ### Skills/Qualifications * 3-7 years of experience litigation (required). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational, writing and analytical skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion. * Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures. * Works independently with minimal supervision and instruction. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc. and Adobe). * Has a team-player attitude and is reliable. ### Education * Associate or Bachelor's degree. * ABA Paralegal Certificate. ### Benefits * Company paid health and dental insurance. * 401K with employer matching. * Flexible spending accounts. * Paid time off. * Paid holidays. * Casual attire. ### Salary In accordance with California's amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected hourly range for this California position is between $30.00 and $35.00.
