Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Duties: Will be expected to quickly get up to speed regarding the federal employment process with the goal of managing their own case load. Will: Bill 1,560 hours per year; Have direct client contact; Manage full-cycle litigation for cases in front of the EEOC, MSPB, OFO, OSC, and OPM; Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents; Negotiate settlement agreements; Conduct hearings in person, telephonically, and via video-conference; Advise clients regarding their employment matters. Qualifications: Experience representing federal employees in employment claims, federal court litigation experience, or other experience needed in a general federal litigation practice. Bar Admission: GA Bar preferred, other bar admissions considered; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Time management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines; Outstanding attention to detail; Problem-solving skills; and The ability to work both independently and in teams.
