Litigation Paralegal The candidate will include management of cases through the life of the case for 4-5 attorneys. This includes reviewing, organizing, analyzing, and evaluating claim file materials, medical records and bills, accident scene materials, and discovery and then creating chronologies and summaries. You will be responsible for all aspects of discovery with your cases, which includes preparing discovery requests, identifying missing discovery, issuing subpoenas, and collecting records from clients. You will have extensive interaction with clients. Be responsible for preparing cases for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, which will include extensive contact with clients, witnesses, experts, attorneys, and other professionals both on the phone and via email. You must be willing to talk with individuals on the phone.
