Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate must have knowledge of the FL rules of Civil Procedures and Statutes (both state and federal). Familiarity with e-filing (both state and federal) are required. Proficiency drafting and responding to discovery, and understanding the importance of accuracy are required. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, affidavits, even when non-template. Possess the ability to multitask and follow-up on outstanding tasks without direction are required. Skilled at organizing case files, calendaring, and managing deadlines are required. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively with clients and counsel are required.
