Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and family case. Preparation, drafting motions and pleadings, file management, scheduling hearings, and answering phone calls. Must have 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience with JAWS and Florida e-portal is required. Should have a working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedures and Family Law Rules. Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Outlook and My Case is preferred. Fluency in Spanish language is a must. Strong organizational and communication skills are needed. The ability to develop rapport with clients, maintain strong working relationships, exhibit attention to detail, and produce an accurate and high-quality work product are essential.
