Medical Malpractice Defense Paralegal The candidate must be certified through NALA, OR be an FRP (Florida Registered Paralegal) through The Florida Bar OR have a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited Paralegal program. Must have 5+ years of Defense Litigation including medical malpractice and/or insurance defense with bodily injury. Must have experience billing their Paralegal time in accordance with client guidelines, meeting a billing requirement as well as experience summarizing records including medical records.
