Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will be responsible to perform a variety of duties including case administration tasks, the preparation and editing of various legal documents, scheduling of expert witness appointments and depositions, communicating with internal and external parties, review and analysis of records, preparation of detailed medical chronologies, trial preparation, and other tasks as assigned by the attorneys. Must have Basic PC skills; ability to use phone system, copier, scanner, fax, and printer. Current knowledge of Federal and State discovery rules is necessary. Advanced knowledge and experience in Outlook, Word, Excel is preferred. Experience with Adobe graphics software (Nuance) is needed. Current working knowledge of Document Management Systems is essential. Paralegal certificate is a plus. College degree is an asset.
