Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 1 year of experience in business immigration, including H-1B, L-1, E, O visas and employment-based green cards including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and NIW. Prepare case and legal strategies. Manage various projects and deadlines. Negotiate, prepare, and revise documents. Explain legal languages to clients. Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect immigration. Develop solutions to complex legal questions. Write supporting letters and RFE responses. Should have JD degree. Must have excellent writing skills for L, E, O visas and EB-1 and NIW.
