Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney The candidate will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients. Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda. Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, interrogatories, and other legal correspondence and litigation documents. Attending depositions, hearings and mediations as required. The candidate must have 2 years of experience of insurance coverage and/or commercial litigation. Must have excellent academic credentials and work history. Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills are required. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Admitted to practice in DC and/or Illinois, additional admissions a plus. Should be self-starters, able to work independently, comfortable with a varied caseload, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
