Bankruptcy Paralegal The Candidate is responsible for drafting and filing motions, objections, court orders, and other court notices. Prepare files for attorneys for Court. Provide support to paralegals, attorneys, other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Other duties as assigned by attorneys. Ability to listen to client issues, assess their needs, and be able to communicate the attorney appointed procedures with the Client. Arithmetic and math skills are a must. Bestcase operation and utilization, Microsoft Office, Pacer, knowledge is required. 1 year of relevant experience is needed.
