Finance/Commercial Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in finance transactions and/or general commercial transactions to work with the firms finance and general commercial practices. This role would support two related practices of the firm and would include work in connection with a wide variety of finance transactions, including syndicated credit facilitates, asset-based lending facilities, structured and mezzanine financings and other complex financings, to support this work for the firms financial institution, public company and other corporate clients, and negotiating and documenting a wide variety of business transactions for our retail, manufacturing, distribution, and franchise clients. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
