Attorney - Banking and Finance The candidate must have Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree or foreign equivalent. Should have 3 years of experience as an attorney representing Corps, private equity sponsors, banks and finance institutions as a legal advisor in financing transactions. Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commitment papers, various loan and security documents and legal opinions, and conducting due diligence and providing advisory legal services, in connection range of U.S. and international syndicated and other financing transactions, including syndicated financing, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge financings, asset-based loans, debtor-in-possession financings and mezzanine financing. Licensed to practice law in New York is required.
