Litigation Attorney The candidate will maintain awareness of upcoming deadlines and proactively anticipate and complete necessary tasks. Will participate in strategic communications with clients. Report to clients regarding significant developments. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients and prospective clients. Stay up to date on hot topics in the law and contribute to the firm blog. The candidate should have an active Membership in the California State Bar. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience. Should preferably be experienced with motion practice, oral arguments; trial practice. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to interface with clients with diverse backgrounds needed. Employment experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
