Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be experienced Paralegal. Must be team oriented and motivated, able to work independently, but also be part of a team. Ability to serve as liaison with clients and opposing counsel a must. Position requires general litigation support, including reviewing mail, maintaining files, drafting legal documents, compiling information and documents in response to discovery requests and trial preparation. Experience with medical and dental malpractice defense preferred. Familiarity with MS Office and billing software preferred.
