Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate's duties include: All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials; Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel & insurance adjusters to reach monetary settlements for our clients; Dissect each case on docket to verify all medical bills, insurance liens, and case expenses prior to settlement to ensure clients receive just compensation; Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner; Help resolve client issues as they arise. 1-2 years experience is preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Personal injury litigation experience of 2-3 years required. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Excellent research and writing skills required.
