Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification, and at least two years experience as a Litigation Paralegal. A successful candidate will be a team-player and feel comfortable taking the initiative and managing the case. Paralegals are responsible for: conducting investigations; research; collecting records; preparing and filing pleadings; case management, including calendaring, assistance with expert witnesses, trial preparation and trial.
