Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years prior experience in managing a Plaintiff's personal injury caseload. Our ideal candidate will also possess superb interpersonal skills, unquestionable integrity, self-discipline, the ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player, the ability to multi-task, be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), have knowledge of Case Management Software and be proficient in all Microsoft Office. The desired candidate will work on projects independently, ability to handle electronic filing of pleadings in state and federal courts and arbitrations, be able to handle scheduling of depositions and court appearances, preparing letters and correspondence.
