Litigation Attorney II The candidate will be working on a select docket with a high percentage of high damage six-figure cases, including wrongful death, products liability, and non-subscriber work injury cases. 2-3 years personal injury experience is required to be eligible for this position. Responsibilities include: All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials; Help resolve client issues as they arise; and Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 1st chair experience in contested hearings required; trial experience preferred.
