Immigration Attorney (Korean Bilingual) Candidate will be responsible for immigration, deportation, appellate litigation, and civil/P.I. litigations. Will process immigration petitions, deportation defenses, and state litigation cases. will be responsible for: Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5), Family-Based Immigration, Non-Immigrant Visa (H1B, L1A/B, E-1, E-2, etc.), Removal Proceedings & Deportation Defenses, Appellate Litigation, Civil/P.I. Litigation, Discoveries, Trial/Arbitration Preparation. Requirements: Bar License preferred. 2+ years of Immigration/Deportation or Civil/P.I. Litigation experience preferred. Experience in Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5), Family-Based Immigration, Non-Immigrant Visas (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-1/E-2), Removal Proceedings. Exceptional writing & communication abilities and case/client management skills. Excellent legal research skills. Self-motivated candidate able to work independently and as a team-player. Ability to multi-task. Bilingual fluency in English AND Korean.
